Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment has been received, your order will usually be processed within two working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that processing times may occasionally be longer during particularly busy periods.

Personalised Items

If you have ordered a personalised item, please allow up to two weeks for your order to be made and dispatched.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Free UK Shipping

We offer free shipping on all UK orders.

Shipping Method

Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. This service typically takes 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on your location and any delays within the postal service.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided for orders over £75. If tracking applies to your order, you will receive an email with the tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please check that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Watership Down Crafts cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take care to package orders securely, but once an item has been dispatched, delays, loss or damage in transit are outside our control. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
