- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Shipping:

- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds:
