We contacted Debbie at Watership Crafts on Sunday, hoping that she could embroider a personal message onto a Kingsclere Church cushion which we wanted to order. Debbie responded to our request very quickly, she was very helpful, even hand-stitching a circumflex onto our message, and the cushion was delivered to us by Wednesday. It is perfect, just what we wanted, and in plenty of time for us to give it to our son for his wedding day. Thanks very much!
